What if I told you there is one thing you could do that would answer all of your dreams? That this one thing would make you stronger, make you more agile, help you lose weight, make you faster, make you smarter, make you funnier, make you more compassionate, make you more attractive, what would you say? Probably you would tell me I am full of it and there is nothing that can have that many positive effects right? Wrong! Sleep is literally a miracle drug and this book dives into all of the facts.

Summary:

This book tells the story of sleep, starting with an overview of sleep and how we change in our sleeping habits from infants to adults. It then explains in detail how sleep works, what makes us tired, the different stages of sleep, and their importance. From there it talks about the benefits of sleeping and the massive detriments of not sleeping enough. Throughout the book, there are many research examples and helpful tips to get a night of better sleep.

Sleep as much as you can without getting fired or divorced.
